Class: Art of Japanese Flower Arranging

In the third of the Dunn Gardens Flower Arranging and Lunch Series, with Jennifer Carlson, Jennifer will outline the Japanese philosophy undergirding flower arranging and provide the history behind the Japanese New Year's Day wreath.Class members will build a Japanese New Year's Day wreath. The wreaths are contemporary, asymetrical arrangements constructed of twisted branches. The wreath can be decorated with organic and inorganic items such as beach glass, a fan, a photo, or anything else that is meaningful to the designer. 

Lunch with a Japanese  twist will be served
