Group Reservation Policy

Fall Foliage tour

Groups of 6 or more are required to prepay for their tour. Payment in full must be received at the Dunn Gardens 4 weeks in advance of the scheduled tour. This may be cash, check, or credit card via phone. The deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made 4 weeks prior to the tour. Deposit is nonrefundable if cancellation is made less than 4 weeks before the tour.

The number of spaces paid for may be decreased if called in 4 weeks prior to the tour and refund for that portion will be made. If the number is increased, payment will be made as soon as possible or a verbal commitment will be made to pay the remainder at the door.

If the number of spaces reserved by a group is less than the full 12-person tour and the group wishes to have a private tour with no additional people from the outside, the group must pay for 12 spots. The unfilled spots will be paid for at full price of $10.00 each, or the full rate at the time.

If the group is willing to have people from outside the group join the tour, the group will pay for their number of reservations only and the Dunn Gardens will try to fill the tour to total 12 people. If the Dunn Gardens is not able to fill the tour, the group has no responsibility for the cost of the remaining spaces.

If a group calls to schedule 4 weeks in advance or less, payment will be made via telephone with credit card. If that is not possible, payment will be due within 1 week of initial scheduling. If the group calls 10 days or less before the scheduled tour and payment with credit card is not possible, a verbal commitment will be made to pay at the door.
