Capture the essence of late winter flowers and foliage with pen and watercolor washes with simple, quick techniques.
Taking inspiration from the Dunn Gardens flora in this hands-on class, particants will learn to quickly, loosely, and accurately render foliage and flowers with pen and watercolor washes and gather tips for everyday sketching!
All materials provided. All levels are welcome.
Instructor Lisa Snow Lady has a BA in Art/Art History, and a BFA in Painting from the University of Washington. She also has a Certificate in Ornamental Horticulture from Edmonds College. Lisa, a painter for over 20 years, teaches collage and watercolor in public and private gardens. She enjoys encouraging students of all levels.
