Ed’s Cottage is an ideal venue for intimate gatherings and micro-events. We welcome a variety of occasions, including corporate retreats, birthday celebrations, bridal and baby showers, cocktail parties, picnics, and meetings.

Please note: All events are limited to a maximum of 40 guests.

Rental Includes:

  • Exclusive use of Ed’s Cottage, featuring a classroom, dining room, living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, stove/oven, and dishwasher.

  • Access to Ed’s Lawn and the Curator’s Patio, perfect for outdoor gatherings, breakout sessions, or quiet relaxation.

  • Use of 7.5 acres of garden space, offering a beautiful and serene natural setting.

  • Technology amenities, including an AV screen, small speaker’s podium, and Wi-Fi access.

  • Parking for up to seven vehicles on-site, with additional street parking available for overflow.

  • Two restrooms available inside the cottage.

  • Docent-led tour available by arrangement with the Dunn Gardens event coordinator.

  • Flexible indoor seating arrangements:

    • Classroom and/or living room can accommodate:

      • Up to 20 people seated at tables

      • Up to 40 people in theater-style seating

      • Up to 15 people in a relaxed, living room-style setup

  • Dining room seats up to 8 and may be used as a dining area, breakout space, or food service station.

Not Included:

  • Food: all food and drinks to be provided by renters
  • Cutlery, plates, napkins, food warmers, serving implements
  • All garbage, recycling, and compost must be disposed of off-site by renters after event
