What happens at a Dunn Gardens wedding?

The bride and groom may marry and host their reception in a garden location of their choice throughout all 7.5 acres.

We offer an idyllic setting with the flexibility to really make the space unique to every bride and groom on their special day. These tranquil gardens make a picturesque setting to create beautiful memories.

Is Parking Available?

A small parking lot is available on site with five parking spots & two ADA accessible spots. There is also limited street parking located outside the entrance of the gardens. For weddings with over fifty guests, we require a shuttle service to be used.

May I have music?

Amplified music is not permitted on the Tennis Green or the use of microphones. Amplified music may be permitted in certain areas of the garden with Dunn Gardens approval. Amplified music includes DJ's and bands that require bass and speakers to perform. Non-amplified music includes string and wind instruments. Quiet hours begin every evening promptly at 9pm. All music and events must end by this time. 

What is the fee and what does it cover?

A wedding is 31-100 guests and our pricing ranges from $4,500-$8,500. This covers exclusive use of all 7.5 acres of garden and the use of Ed's cottage for the whole day (8am-9pm). For weekend weddings we offer setup to begin on Thursday and breakdown may be done by the following Monday by 2PM. This gives the happy couple 5 days to curate their wedding to their ideal dream!

Price Breakdown:

Rental Deposit- $1,500 deposit due with a signed rental contract provided by Dunn Gardens to hold your desired wedding date. This deposit is then subtracted from the remaining rental fee.

Rental Fee- This fee ranges from $4,500-$8,500 depending on the wedding size, event date, and scope of intended ceremony and reception.

Damage Deposit- $500, refundable fee due sixty day prior to wedding date. This deposit will be refunded after the event if there is no damage done to the property.

Cleaning Fee- $150, nonrefundable cleaning cost due sixty days prior to the wedding date.
